Barrister Rabiya Jahan Firoz is an associate of the Chambers and has gathered working experience in corporate, commercial, contract, company, telecom, employment and industrial relations, business and international trade law matters. She is involved in both civil and criminal litigations and also Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She has extensive knowledge and experience on foreign direct investment (FDI) and foreign exchange laws, establishing liaison and branch offices, incorporations of foreign, JV and other companies. She has negotiated, drafted and vetted various deeds, agreements and other commercial contracts.
