Barrister Moe Moe Than joined Legal Counsel in 2025 as an Associate. She has keen interest and developing expertise in Labour and Employment Law, Contract Law, Company Law and Intellectual Property Law. She is engaged in legal writing, legal research and the preparation of various legal documents. She has been involved in a broad range of work within the Chambers and is entrusted with responsibilities relating to drafting, vetting of legal documents and legal research across corporate, commercial, employment and intellectual property law matters.
Her work includes legal research, preparation and review of legal documents and vetting of commercial agreements and legal instruments in relation to corporate, commercial, employment and intellectual property law matters.
