Barrister Mohammed Osman Goni is an Associate of Legal Counsel. He has history of legal practice that is primarily focused on, but not restricted to, matters associated to the EPZ Readymade Garments Industries, Property and Land Law, Company law, Energy Regulatory matters, Customs Excise, Corporate due diligence, matters of Equity and Shares and Labor compliance.
Barrister Mohammed Osman Goni started his career at Shawn Novel & Associates in 2012-2013 as an associate and worked on corporate restructuring, Merger and Acquisitions, intra-border transactions and associated legal arena.
Thereafter, in 2016-2017 Barrister Osman has been involved as the Executive Director for Capital Management Limited, in the Chittagong Stock Exchange. As the Executive Director in one of the pioneers in the shares and equities arena of the country’s corporate hub, as the Executive Director has equipped him with the right set of tools to gain an international perspective of business and the legal conduits essential in addressing clienteles’ and the finance market. By dint of such exposure he has extensive experience in advising MNCs on investment and corporate strategies.
Thereafter, in 2021 Barrister Osman joined Legal Counsel and has been working on diverse areas of law covering core corporate laws as well as laws of the development sector. His work experience with different sectors of the finance market in conjunction with his legal experience gained from working with variable areas of law and litigation have given him the appropriate insight to deal with a legal matter from multiple dimensions.
